KimChiChic Beauty is expanding its lineup of affordable cosmetics with the release of a new neutral eyeshadow palette designed for everyday use.
The brand announced the launch of “Better Than Nude,” a 9-pan eyeshadow palette priced at $15, which became available April 1 through its website and major retailers, including CVS, Amazon and JCPenney. The release reflects continued demand for compact, travel-friendly products that offer versatile looks without a high price point.
The palette features a mix of matte and shimmer shades intended to create both subtle daytime looks and more defined evening styles. According to the company, the formula is designed to deliver even color payoff and blend easily, aiming to simplify application for both beginners and experienced makeup users.

“With Better Than Nude, we focused just as much on how the shadows feel as how they look,” said Kim Chi, founder of KimChiChic Beauty. “The beautiful nude shades have a buttery, blendable formula infused with skin-loving ingredients and all-day color payoff.”
The product enters a crowded market of neutral palettes but positions itself around accessibility and ease of use. The company said the shades include a range of warm and cool tones, as well as all-matte options, allowing users to tailor looks to different preferences.
The palette is also marketed as meeting clean beauty standards. It is described as cruelty-free, vegan and gluten-free, and made without parabens, PEGs, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic fragrance or talc.

KimChiChic Beauty, founded in 2019, has built its identity around bold, expressive makeup while maintaining relatively low price points. The release of a neutral-focused palette marks a more everyday approach compared with the brand’s typically colorful aesthetic.
Company officials say the product is designed to function as a staple item, offering a simplified option for consumers seeking a reliable, go-to palette for daily wear.
